Wongraven Barbaresco a Silvana 2021

Wongraven Barbaresco Silvana is made from organically grown Nebbiolo from two vineyards in Barbaresco, as a tribute to Silvana – a close friend of Wongraven Wines, known for her hospitality and warmth. It is spontaneously fermented with natural yeast, matured for two years in a single neutral 500-litre cask, unfiltered and unfined, before further bottle ageing. The result is a classic Nebbiolo with precise fruit, lifted freshness, ripe tannins, and a long finish.
